DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

JAGNE.co ships worldwide Monday through Friday and is closed on the weekends and all national holidays. We offer free domestic ground shipping.

Pre-Order

Items available for preorder appear with the option “Pre-Order” with an estimated ship date for each item. When purchasing an item available for pre-order you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE. We will not accept any returns or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes for all International Orders. Those fees are calculated by the shipping provider upon arrival at destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders placed Monday through Friday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
